Description

Conduct detailed as-is and to-be process modelling using enterprise modelling standards (BPMN, value-stream mapping, workflow modelling). Perform deep-dive diagnostics, data extraction, productivity analysis, time-in-motion studies and bottleneck identification. Develop technical artefacts including process documentation, functional specs, business requirements, user stories and workflow rules. Execute structured analysis aligned to Lean Six Sigma, producing evidence-based insights for value identification. Support enterprise productivity initiatives through modelling, feasibility analysis, impact assessment and scenario modelling. Maintain enterprise productivity repositories, templates, modelling standards and reusable assets. Enable and drive ongoing knowledge artefacts and way of thinking. Provide SME-level input during workshops (Value Identification, Innovation & CI), preparing insights, models and data outputs.

Responsibilities

• Strong technical business analysis skills and process modelling capability
• Ability to analyse operational data, interpret trends and derive insights
• Knowledge of productivity methodologies, structural efficiency levers and process optimisation
• Strong documentation and requirements management capability
• Understanding of automation, workflow, rules engines or AI-assisted productivity tools
• Exposure and knowledge in AI, Agentic AI and or other automation technologies will be advantageou

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, process engineering, productivity analytics or continuous improvement
